Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services.

Qualifications

• Completed 2 years in college( with at least 72 units) + 6 months customer service representative experience in any industry.
• Graduates of 4 year course with or without work experience may apply.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has a good customer service orientation
• Knowledgeable in MS office and internet browsing
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work on site.
