Description

Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client calls, addressing their concerns, and troubleshooting. They handle both inbound and outbound phone calls with customers to make sure that everyone receives the help and support they needed as as quickly as possible.

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age and above
- At least HS/SHS graduate
- Willing to start immediately
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Has 1-3 years Sabre/Amadeus GDS experience
