Description

A Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem. The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.

Qualifications

● Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write (type) effectively in Tagalog and English language
● Ability to multitask, detail oriented and possess good problem-solving skills
● Prior experience in handling Social Media or familiar with Social Media
● Able to determine the problem/sentiment of each interaction and responds professionally
● Work well in a high energy, fast paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative culture
● At least Graduated High School
