Title: Hiring | Call Center Agent | Senior High or Fresh Grads | CDO
Salary: Php 15,000-18,000/month

About the role:
- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
- Assisting customers b y responding to their questions
- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer
- Providing excellent customer service 24/7

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Applicant must be 18yrs old
- High School/Senior High School Graduate
- Above average English Communication Skills
- Good Computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- Typing speed of 25-30wmps
- Must be fully vaccinated / can present vaccination card
