Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Healthcare Account, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers who have questions or concerns regarding their healthcare benefits, claims, or services. Your main duties will include:

Answering inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.

Listening actively to customers' concerns and providing accurate and helpful information.

Assisting customers with inquiries related to their healthcare benefits, claims, or services, including coverage details, claims status, eligibility, and other related concerns.

Utilizing various computer systems to access and update customer account information, process claims, and research and resolve customer issues.

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Amenable to work on site
At least 6 months CCE or Experience in Med/Health
College graduate of Medical Related course
18 years of age and above
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems

6 months related working experience Work Experience
Senior Highschool Educational Level
