Description

Hotel and services call center responsibilities typically include:

Answering incoming calls from guests and providing information about hotel services, amenities, and room availability.
Assisting guests with making reservations, checking availability, and booking rooms.
Providing information on hotel policies, such as check-in and check-out times, cancellation policies, and other relevant information.
Handling guest complaints and concerns, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
Making recommendations on local attractions and restaurants, and assisting guests with travel planning and arrangements.
Entering and maintaining accurate guest data and reservation information in computer systems.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the organization.

Qualifications
