Description

Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service by answering customers' questions and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and providing customers with order status updates.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by the online retailer to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Accurately entering customer data into the retailer's systems, including contact information, payment details, and order information.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chat conversations.
- Providing feedback to management on ways to improve the customer experience and increase efficiency in the call center.
- Ensuring that all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- A2 up AM Score
- Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience.
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
- Good analytical and conversational skills
- Diploma is not required
