Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers of an internet television company. The CSR will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints. They will also assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting, billing and payment inquiries, and other related issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

At least 6 mos CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, non-voice, blended)
Above Average Communications Skills
