Description

As a Customer Service Representative in the Telecommunications Account, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their telecommunications needs. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and will handle inquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. You will also provide information about telecommunications products and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner
Providing information about telecommunications products and services, including internet, phone, and TV packages
Troubleshooting technical issues related to customer accounts and devices
Processing customer requests for changes to their accounts, including upgrades and cancellations
Ensuring that customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date
Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
Staying up-to-date with changes to telecommunications regulations and policies, and communicating these changes to customers as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Applicants must be 18 years old
Applicants is a high school graduate(old curriculum)/ senior high school graduate(new curriculum)
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
