Description

As a Customer Care Specialist, you serve as the main brand representative for the account you will be given. You will provide top-notch support to the clients and customers of the most famous and well-known businesses in the world.

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Qualifications

Requirements for this role typically include:

-WAHA (15mbps DL/ 12mbps UL)
-At least 1 months CCE
-Must live at least 2 hours away from Baguio City
-At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)
-With excellent communication skills
-Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
-Able to multi-task
-Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs.
