We are looking for a Learning & Development Assistant Manager to join our team! 🚀 This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and interactive training materials using various digital tools. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and manage e-learning content using Adobe Captivate 🎓
✅ Create visually engaging graphics and materials using Adobe Photoshop 🖌️
✅ Edit and enhance audio recordings for training using Adobe Audition 🎙️
✅ Produce and edit high-quality training videos using Adobe Premiere 🎥
✅ Develop animated training videos using Vyond and Synthesia 🎞️🤖
✅ Utilize simulation authoring tools to create interactive learning modules 🕹️
✅ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training effectiveness 🤝
✅ Analyze training impact and recommend improvements 📊✨

Qualifications

🔹 At least 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
🔹 Strong expertise in e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate 🏆
🔹 Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Audition 🎨🎬🎧
🔹 Experience with animated and AI-powered video creation tools like Vyond and Synthesia 🦾💡
🔹 Ability to develop interactive learning simulations using simulation authoring tools 🎮
🔹 Excellent communication and project management skills 📢📂
