Customer Experience Executive - Au Telco Account
Headcount Requirements: 18

● Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment
● Work Type: Telco - Mobile Support / Blended (Voice & Non-voice)
● Work Schedule: AU Timezone
● Work Arrangement: Onsite
● Reporting Site: The Curve BGC (10 hires) & 1880 Eastwood (8 hires)
● Salary Package: 22,000.00 all in package (19k Basic + 3k Non-tax Allowance)● Minimum Qualifications:

● At least Sr. High School graduate
● With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
● Experience on the phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
● Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections, and Technical Support preferred but not required
● Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
● Amenable to Report Onsite
