Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Service Representative located in Cebu. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints and feedback. The role requires excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
Customer Service Representatives and customer support experience
Experience in delivering excellent customer satisfaction and experience
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or related field
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus

Qualifications
