Job Description:
An airline customer care representative assists and informs travelers while working in an airport or call center. An airline customer care representative at a contact center assists consumers with travel bookings, itinerary adjustments, luggage issues, and inquiries regarding customer reward programs. In-person communication happens in airports. An airline customer care representative works at a front desk to help customers check-in, issue tickets, give flight information, check bags, and resolve ticket-related travel difficulties. When a flight is overbooked, airline customer care representatives examine boarding cards, upgrade seats, and reissue tickets at the gate.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum)
