Description

Salary:
Php 30,700.00/month

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist will interact with the companys customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service.

Duties/Responsibilities:
-Interacts with customers to provide support and information about a designated product or service over the phone, via email, online chat, or in person.
-Ensures that the proper steps are done to address the issues and worries of customers.
-Keeps track of customer interactions and accounts, including information of questions, complaints, and comments.
-Uses expertise in a certain product, service, or other specified field to respond to questions or refer them to the right people.
-Carries out other relevant tasks as directed.

Qualifications

Required skills and Requirements:
- AM Score B2 above
- Must be willing to Work on site
- Above average communication skills
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.

Education and Experience:
- Atleast 1 to 3 years Sabre/Amadeus GDS experience
- Atleast High School Graduate
