- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.

- Managing employee relations, including addressing complaints and grievances.
- Creating and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
- Assisting with workforce planning and talent management.
- Providing guidance on organizational development and change management.
- Analyzing HR metrics and recommending improvements to HR strategies and practices.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
- Professional certification in HR is desirable, such as the Philippine Society for Human Resource Management (PSHRM) Certification.
