Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to customers in the auto finance industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information about auto finance products, policies, and services offered
Process customer payments, loan applications, and requests for account changes
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Collaborate with other departments, such as collections and underwriting, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Keep accurate customer records and update relevant information as needed
Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of auto finance products and services
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

have at least 1 year CCE
Amenable to work on site
with Valid NBI Clearance
Must have reached College level education attainment for old curriculum
can accept SHS Grad for new curriculum
Above Average Communication skills
