Description

You are the main brand spokesman for the account you will be given as a customer care specialist. You will provide top-notch support to the clients and customers of the most prestigious and well-known businesses in the world. In a nutshell, describe your day.
• Responding to incoming customer calls

• Creating and keeping up-to-date files

Qualifications

Above average to Good communication skills
At least high school Graduate
B1-B2 passers only; B1 should undergo validations while B2 will skip validations
Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati
Good to excellent communications Skills
