Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Travel Account, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to customers who have questions or concerns regarding their travel plans, bookings, or accommodations. Your main duties will include:

Answering inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.

Listening actively to customers' concerns and providing accurate and helpful information.

Assisting customers with inquiries related to their travel plans, bookings, or accommodations, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, car rentals, tour packages, and other related concerns.

Utilizing various computer systems to access and update customer account information, process reservations, and research and resolve customer issues.

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

At least have 6 months Travel CCE
Applicants must be 18 years old
Applicants is a high school graduate(old curriculum)/ senior high school graduate(new curriculum)
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
