Description

An HR Manager, or Human Resources Manager, is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. Their duties include hiring HR personnel, managing the hiring and onboarding procedures for other company employees and coordinating with members of their department to provide support to company employees regarding personal and professional incidents.

Qualifications

3 Years and Up experience as an HR Manager
Must have BPO experience
Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law
Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation adn reporting
Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
Able to independently manage team members and cases both internal and external

Mid-Senior level Work Experience
