Description

Customer service representatives help customers with their questions or inquiries, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and calmly help them with their complaints. They respond and provide worthy solutions to the customers so that they leave them satisfied with the products and services.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and above
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Willing to work Full-time/Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
• Amenable to work on-site
* At least High School Graduate with certificate/diploma
* Willing and able to start immediately
* Must not currently enrolled/ student
* Computer literate and with good computer navigation skills
