Description

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of a travel account. This includes answering inquiries, addressing complaints, booking reservations, and resolving issues related to travel arrangements. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, as well as providing feedback to management on customer needs and trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding travel destinations, pricing, and availability
Book travel reservations, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, using various booking systems
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to travel arrangements, including cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after resolution of their issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and areas for improvement
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures
Achieve performance targets set by the management team

Qualifications

Qualifications:

at least 1-3 years Sabre/Amadeus GDS experience
at least HS grad
Good to Excellent English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM

1-2 years related working experience Work Experience
Senior Highschool Educational Level
