Description

Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of ticketing and working through GDS queues
- When necessary, communicating with airline partners, consolidators, and cross-department.
- Assist our B2B clients with their business travels.
- Handle ticket issuance, exchanges, and refunds across all GDSs (Apollo, Sabre, Amadeus)
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and strive to exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, inquiries, and requests.
- Effectively respond to concerns and inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email, providing product and service information as needed.
- Solve problems using established TravelPerk policies, procedures, and tactics, as well as by thinking outside the box when nothing established is sufficient.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional customer service.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:
- 1-3 years of experience and knowledge of GDS systems such as (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo etc.)
- Preferably with prior experience working in a travel agency or airline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
