Description

Duties:
- Provide technical support to customers before, during, and after the sales process
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop support strategies and materials
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on product usage and troubleshooting
- Work with product development teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Provide training and product knowledge to sales and support teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma (K-12) and 6 months of call center experience are required.
- Good-Excellent Communication Skills
