Description

Customer Service Associate interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about processes, products, or services; handle and resolve complaints; or refer complex matters to professional or managerial staff.

Qualifications

- Candidates must be within 4 hours from CDO mother site, in case of power connectivity failures, candidate will be asked to work onsite instead
- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) SHS Graduate
- Good to excellent communication and analytical skills
- Candidate must be able to provide 3 screenshot of speed test
