Description

Responsible for keeping track of customer journeys, interacting with customers across channels and platforms, and coordinating with all internal stakeholders such as product design or development, sales, marketing, account management and so on, in order to keep fine-tuning the customer’s experience.

Qualifications

• Senior/ High school Graduate
• Minimum BPO 6 months experience related to Customer Service providing support via Email, online web support.
• Good English written communication skills
• Has a good customer service orientation
• Proficient in MS Office
• With sufficient computer navigational skills
