Description

Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services.

Qualifications

* Should have at least 6 months technical support experience BPO and non-BPO
* 13 Months experience CSR International experience required
* At least HS or K-12 Graduate
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills
* Positive, self-motivated and energetic
* Must be amenable to work on holidays and weekends and working overtime
* Can start ASAP
* Excellent English communication skill
* Strong analytical skills and comprehension capability
