Description

- Inbound calls should be answered politely.
- Answer customer questions.
- Create customer interest in the company's services or products.
- Respond to the needs of the customers to provide personalized customer service.
- Obtain customer feedback in order to improve customer service.
- Manage and update customer databases with each customer's status.
- Coordination with the dispatch team to ensure that products or services are delivered to customers on time.
- Provide customers with product or service brochures and information packages.
- Increase customer loyalty by following up on customer calls.
- Evaluate customer issues and provide logical, long-term solutions.
- Manage filing, mailing, correspondence, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications

- At least High School/Senior High School Graduates
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Willing to take versant onsite in Ayala Makati
- Amenable to work Onsite
- Interested in working full time
- Willing to work in Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
