Description

The job responsibilities of a customer service representative in food delivery account include:

Providing exceptional customer service to customers who have placed orders for food delivery.
Answering customer inquiries regarding delivery times, order accuracy, or menu options, and providing accurate and timely information.
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to company policies.
Collaborating with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Updating customer information and order details, such as address or payment information, as needed.
Navigating computer systems to access customer information and order history.
Monitoring and processing payment transactions, including refunds and cancellations.
Adhering to food safety and health regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Promoting food delivery options and special promotions to customers, and providing product recommendations.
Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers, striving to exceed their expectations and provide a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

at least a high school graduate
Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Have excellent English communication skills
Have working knowledge on computers
Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Above Average communication skills
