Description

Job Title: Financial Account Call Center Agent

Job Type: Full-time


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Account Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to financial services. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a call center environment and a strong understanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to financial services, including account inquiries, transactions, and customer complaints.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and providing accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, accurately and efficiently.
Educate customers on financial products and services, including features, benefits, and fees.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Document all customer interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting, collections, and fraud prevention, to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial services and call center operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment, preferably in a financial services or banking industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, credit cards, loans, and investments.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Familiarity with CRM software and call center metrics preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
