Description

The Customer Service Representative, High Priority Banking Account is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to high priority banking customers. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge of banking products and services, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with ease.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to banking products and services and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer concerns and complaints.
Resolve customer disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of banking products and services and stay up-to-date with changes and updates.
Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to strict confidentiality and security policies.
Provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager on areas for improvement in the customer service process.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and metrics.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Atleast High School / Senior High Grad
With or Withou BPO experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Work on site
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and security of customer information.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
