Qualifications

Please ensure to pre-screen all candidates and endorse only those who passed the minimum qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age and above
At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years employment in TP
Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
Average to excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are important, as the job may involve dealing with complex billing and insurance issues. Familiarity with medical terminology and billing codes may also be required, along with proficiency in computer software programs used for call center operations. Additionally, candidates should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, have good attention to detail, and be able to multitask effectively.
