Description

-Will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Qualifications

-3 years and Up experience as an HR Manager
-Must have BPO experience
-Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relation
-Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
-Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
-Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
-Able to independently manage team members and cases, both internal and external
