Description

The Customer Service Representative (Home Security Account) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients of a home security company. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve problems in an efficient and professional manner while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries related to travel bookings, financial transactions, and account management
• Assisting customers with billing and payment questions, account balances, and transaction history
• Providing guidance to customers on travel policies, flight schedules, and other travel-related topics
• Handling customer complaints and issues, including disputed charges, booking cancellations, and changes
• Processing financial transactions and providing support with online banking and account management
• Documenting and recording customer interactions and feedback
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on financial and travel policies and procedures
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad (new curriculum)
• with/without BPO Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable to work on site
• At least 18 years of age
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Available to start ASAP
