Description

Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns related to car rentals
- Making reservations and processing bookings for customers
-Managing and updating car rental inventory
- Coordinating with car rental providers and vendors
- Providing customers with information on rental policies, rates, and options
- Upselling and cross-selling additional rental services and products
- Resolving customer complaints and issues related to car rentals
- Collecting and processing payments for car rentals
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of rental transactions
- Collaborating with team members and management to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- For College Graduate No working experience needed
- For Senior High School Graduate but an Adapter or Shifter with 6 months experience required
- Relocation Assistance will be given to our hires who are at least 40km away from Baguio
- Willing to work on site
- Can Start Asap
- With excellent communication skills
