Description

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions with passengers, travel agents, and other airline customers
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints effectively
• Ensure that all customer requests are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and other related travel arrangements
• Process refunds, credits, and exchanges as required
• Collaborate with other departments within the airline to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Meet or exceed established customer service metrics, such as call handle time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age and above
• Atleast High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
• Must not be a student/enrolled and should have no plans in pursuing their studies within 2 years employment in TP.
• Willing to work Full-Time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
• Candidates must not be a former Teleperformance employee
• No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
• Average to Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Available to start ASAP
