currently has applicantsThe Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
-Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
-Provide accurate information to customers about our products and services
-Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
-Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
-Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
-Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives
Requirements:
-At least 18 yrs old
-HS/SHS graduate
-At least 6 months BPO experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
-Willing to work on site
