Description

Duties:
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Coordinating and participating in hiring processes
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline
- Managing job postings and applicant tracking systems
- Providing a positive candidate experience
- Analyzing recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least one year of solid sourcing and recruiting experience is required.
- Knowledge and experience in producing and managing documentation and reporting
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Possess Outstanding Communication Skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is required.
