Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to borrowers who have student loans. The CSR will handle a variety of customer inquiries, including loan information, payment options, and repayment plans. The CSR must be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company and able to effectively communicate with borrowers to resolve their concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries and provide information about student loan products and services
Process borrower requests for deferment, forbearance, and other payment options
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to borrowers
Update borrower accounts with accurate information
Monitor borrower accounts to ensure accuracy of billing and payments
Follow up with borrowers to ensure satisfaction with services provided
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to borrowers
Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Have not worked/ studied/ lived abroad for the past 7 years
finished at least 1 sem in college no back subjs\
amenable to work on site
