Job Purpose: The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers with telecommunications accounts. This position is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers with telecommunications accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to their telecommunications accounts, including billing inquiries, technical support, service upgrades and changes, and equipment troubleshooting.
Utilize company systems and tools to document customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services related to telecommunications to provide accurate information to customers.
Provide information and guidance to customers on their telecommunications options, including service plans, promotions, and equipment upgrades.
Ensure that customer data and personal information is protected and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
