Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team. The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to our patients, monitor and document their medical conditions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. The successful candidate will have a current Philippine nursing license, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
Assess and monitor patients' medical conditions, vital signs, and other indicators of health
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and care plans
Document patient care and progress in medical records
Assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment

Qualifications

With active PRC license (valid for atleast 6 months)
Must have atleast 1 year bedside experience
Has good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Has good analytical skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and Internet browsing
Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (B&M)
Salary:
Upon Hire
30,000 basic pay
1,000 flex fund allowance
HMO
20% night shift differential
13th month pay

Upon Regularization
pay stated above + leave benefits, 1 free HMO dependent
14th month pay
