Description

Responaibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers or clients.
- Providing information about products, services, or policies.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues.
- Escalating complex problems to higher-level support staff if necessary.
- Inputting and updating customer information in a computer system.
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or to make sales.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Meeting performance targets such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales quotas.
- Continuously developing knowledge and skills through training and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills
