Description

The Customer Service Representative (Airline Account) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients of an airline company. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve problems in an efficient and professional manner while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries related to travel bookings, financial transactions, and account management
• Assisting customers with billing and payment questions, account balances, and transaction history
• Providing guidance to customers on travel policies, flight schedules, and other travel-related topics
• Handling customer complaints and issues, including disputed charges, booking cancellations, and changes
• Processing financial transactions and providing support with online banking and account management
• Documenting and recording customer interactions and feedback
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on financial and travel policies and procedures
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• at least HS Grad(old curriculum)/SHS Grad/College Undergrad with atleast 6 months BPO Experience
• 4 year college grad - no experience needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable to work on site
• At least 18 years of age
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Available to start ASAP
