Description

In BPO industry, Pay TV Account handle customer inbound calls for internet TV subscription. Process request for renewal, activation, disconnection and billing inquiries. Moreover, route calls to Level 2 for complex technical issues. Ensure all calls are in keeping with company policies.

Qualifications

- At least 1yr CCE (Any)
- AM strictly B2 & above
- Work at Home Set Up with at least 25mbps and above
- Must be residing at MM only
- Good to excellent communication and analytical skills

Salary Package – 24,000 a month
