Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our retail customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a call center environment and a strong understanding of the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to retail customer inquiries, complaints, and orders.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and providing accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, shipping, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
Document all customer interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to retail customer service and call center operations.
Educate customers on new products and services offered by the company.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment, preferably in the retail industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
Knowledge of retail products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Familiarity with CRM software and call center metrics preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check.
