Reports to: Call Center Manager
Job Purpose: The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to high priority telco clients. This position is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that requires strong communication skills, with at least 6 months of previous BPO experience, and the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from high priority telco clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to their telco accounts, including billing inquiries, service requests, and technical support.
Utilize company systems and tools to document client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services related to telecommunications to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
Provide guidance to clients on telecom options, including phone plans, internet services, and technical support.
Ensure that client data and personal information is protected and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of previous BPO experience in a call center environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
