Description

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers of an online retail account. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products, orders, and deliveries. They will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products, orders, and deliveries.
Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating and taking appropriate action.
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals.
Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience. Sales Experience is a plus
Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)- Diploma is not required
Amenable to work on site
