Description
Call Center Agent answers customer calls, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have. They must manage numerous incoming and outgoing calls from and to consumers, listen to their needs and problems, and offer useful answers.
Qualifications
• PH Registered nurse
• With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
• Must have at least 1-year bedside experience
• Has good customer service orientation
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has good analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (B&M)
