Job Description
The Customer Service Representative for a telecommunications account is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who use telecommunication services such as wireless, internet, and cable services. The representative must have a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist clients in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. The representative will be responsible for answering queries and complaints and resolving issues for customers via phone, email, or chat.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Applicants must be atleast 18 years old
Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
