- Providing customer service: You would be responsible for providing excellent customer service to business travelers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on travel policies and procedures.
- Managing vendor relationships: You would be responsible for managing relationships with travel vendors, negotiating contracts and rates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensuring data accuracy: You would be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data related to travel expenses and other financial transactions. This would involve reviewing and reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Analyzing data: You would be responsible for analyzing data related to travel expenses, identifying trends and areas for cost savings, and making recommendations to improve processes and policies.
- Maintaining compliance: You would be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations related to travel and financial transactions.

Qualifications:
- Atleast High School / Senior High School Graduate
- With/Without BPO experience
- Excellent Communications Skills
